Part 1 - played twice

This break came from the old Steven Stills song 'Love the One You're With.'. In the middle, there's a stop, where they all sing "dit doo, dit doo, dit doo di dit" a couple of times. That's this break.

Signal: blasts on apito: "dit doo, dit doo, dit doo di dit". (dit=high; doo=low)

This break is introduced by 4 beats on the agogós, which is repeated every time the pattern comes around. The main rhythm is based on the old samba 'partido alto' rhythm. The repenique then plays the quickstart chamada and we're back into the samba groove.
